Project Manager Senior Job Toledo area,Ohio USA,Management

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead a cross-functional team to successfully launch a new vehicle on time within budget
Create and track resource plans, WBS, and master plan
Establish project funding and track status to budget
Lead steering committee and elevate issues accordingly
Develop pilot schedules and track plan vs. actual with daily pilot meetings and reports
Manage global KPI/KAIs, GVD, and elevate risks
IH review preparation and execution
Coordinate and lead workshops to resolve major issues
Lead issue resolution meetings with stakeholders and elevate priority concerns
Work closely with team leads, quality, and engineering to ensure objectives are met at the station and plant levels
Build relationships with engineering and manufacturing to comprehend new product requirements and sequence of build
Develop and improve work methods
Work with functional managers and operations managers to improve productivity, quality, and output
Support Industrial System initiatives, especially for Launch Domain

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of automotive experience
At least three years of program management experience
Excellent communication and computer skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work as part of a team and interface with all levels of management and labor
Highly motivated self-starter and change agent
Willingness to support multiple locations with travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of MEDDs, Penta Sap, PFS, WPI, FIS, Manufacturing Portal, and MCE Global Portal
