The ideal candidate is a proven aviation leader with extensive experience in aircraft maintenance operations, team development, business growth, and customer relationship management.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the organization's operations, including maintenance, avionics, quality assurance, customer service, sales, financial performance, and workforce development. This role works closely with ownership and department leaders to establish strategic goals, drive operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to customers.

The General Manager will foster a culture of accountability, safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement while ensuring the organization remains positioned for long-term growth.

• Direct and oversee all maintenance, avionics, quality assurance, and support operations.
• Ensure operational efficiency, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.

• Develop and execute business development and growth initiatives.

• Ensure a superior customer experience throughout all maintenance and avionics projects.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.

• Review major project estimates, capital expenditures, and investment opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, Repair Station requirements, and organizational policies.
• Support quality assurance and safety management initiatives.

• Ensure manuals, procedures, and operational standards remain current and effective.
