The position combines strategic program management with hands‑on relationship building and community partnerships to advance Leadership Toledo’s mission.

  • Review, modify, and refine the curriculum to ensure alignment with our mission and vision and that each program achieves its primary goals and clear outcomes
  • Set the program calendar and secure program venues
  • Coordinate guest speakers, site visits, activities, and catering
  • Partner with the Director of Communications to manage a communication plan that markets the programs, launches applications, and drives recruitment for future classes

  • Help identify sponsorship opportunities and partners within the programming year, including lunch, program day, coffee, and site sponsors
  • Support the Executive Director and Development and Alumni Relations Manager with donor cultivation, funding opportunities, and Leadership Toledo fundraisers
