Position:General Production
Type: Hourly, Full Time
Key Responsibilities:- Follow all safety procedures related to the machine center
- Prepare bottom and top sheets for units and print load tags
- Ensure unitization per customer specifications
- Participate in quality checks as required
- Work at a pace set by the machine operator to meet production schedules
- Read and follow shop order instructions
- Troubleshoot problems during production runs
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred
- Ability to work safely, adhering to all safety policies
- Flexibility to work occasional varied schedules to support operational needs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Effective communication skills in English are required for safety instructions, operating procedures, and signage.
