Technicians hired at the Toledo facility will learn skills using a pay‑for‑skills system: $21.40/hr to start, $24.22/hr after 1 year, $29.27/hr after 3 years, $32.41/hr after 4 years. Hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift.

• Follow all company safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Produce high‑quality products in a safe manner.
• Operate production and packaging equipment, including forklift and pallet jack.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Operate a computer to input and review data for accurate records.
• Work as part of a team and assist others as needed.
• Be available to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Maintain a good attendance record.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18.

• Two years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and GMPs.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions.
• Comfortable with working in a high‑noise environment and strong attention to detail.

• Stand and walk at least 70% of the time.
• Stand, lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 lbs, frequently 30‑35 lbs.
• Work up to 12‑hour shifts, squat, kneel, bend often.
• Tolerate exposure to flour and food allergens.
• Climb steps and work in confined spaces regularly.
