As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will play a key role in our vehicle dismantling process, operating heavy machinery—especially Volvo Front End Loaders—to assist with the removal and organization of vehicles and parts.

• Operate heavy equipment, with a focus on Volvo Front End Loaders, to move and organize vehicles and materials on site
• Assist in the dismantling of vehicles, focusing on removal rather than diagnosis or reassembly
• Work closely with the production team to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient workflow
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs
• Support other team members as needed to achieve daily production goals

• Experience operating heavy machinery preferred;
  Volvo Front End Loader experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training
• Ability to work full-time, including any 5 days per week between Monday and Sunday (Monday–Saturday 8am–5pm, Sunday 10am–4pm)
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Commitment to safety and teamwork

$16.50–$18.00 per hour
