Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Team Member based in the Toledo, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Production Team Member will be responsible for supporting production processes, including planning, managing inventory, and maintaining quality control standards. Additionally, the role involves adhering to safety regulations, collaborating with team members to achieve production targets, and ensuring equipment and workflow efficiency. Employees in this role will also assist in the coordination and implementation of training initiatives for new team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors effectively.
• Proven ability in Quality Control to maintain high standards and ensure safety compliance.
• Experience in providing or participating in Training programs for team education and development.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, standing, and operating machinery. Safety awareness is essential.
