Are you a proven manufacturing leader with a passion for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and delivering results? We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure production, quality, safety, and efficiency goals are consistently achieved.
In this role, you will provide leadership to production teams, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and help shape a culture focused on accountability, performance, and operational success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily production operations and supervise manufacturing personnel
- Drive productivity improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reduction initiatives
- Support production scheduling and optimize workflow across departments
- Monitor KPIs and production metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements
- Manage employee performance, attendance, and accountability
- Support budgeting, cost control, and operational planning efforts
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a positive, results-driven team environment focused on continuous growth
- 15+ years of manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of production, operations, or manufacturing management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management processes
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
- Production planning and scheduling
- Inventory and supply chain coordination
- Quality management systems
- KPI reporting and performance analysis
- Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Budget management and cost control
