If so, we want to speak with you about this opportunity!  As an Electronics Assembler at Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by providing quality electronic assembly / soldering skills necessary to ensure strong, reliable communications in the field.

* Primary Responsibilities:

*** Solder various electronic components, wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations
* Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes
* Incorporation of engineering change to new and existing products at board level
* Record activity into a database
* Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications  
** Requirements Include:
*** High school diploma or equivalent is required
* Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
* Soldering experience required
* Basic computer skills required
* IPC-610 certification preferred

This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
