Global Packaging & Product Graphics Specialist

We are currently seeking a Global Packaging & Product Graphics Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Toledo, OH. Details for the position are as follows:

• Pay: $40/hr (W2)
• 1-year assignment with potential to extend based on performance and business need
• Onsite role in Toledo, OH
• You will coordinate multiple packaging and product graphics projects, managing timelines, deliverables, artwork reviews, approvals, and follow-ups
• Support packaging artwork, product labels, brand updates, product launches, and packaging transitions
• Coordinate artwork revisions, proofing, file management, and approval workflows to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and production deadlines
• Work with external designers, agencies, printers, and suppliers to support packaging development and production
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items while communicating status updates to stakeholders
• Review artwork and packaging files for accuracy, identifying labeling, design, and production errors before final approval
• Maintain project documentation, specifications, and digital asset libraries while helping improve workflows and processes
• Support packaging and brand implementation initiatives across multiple business segments as priorities change

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, Packaging, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in packaging, product graphics, brand management, marketing operations, project coordination, or a related field
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholder reviews, and approval workflows simultaneously
• Packaging artwork, product labeling, print production, or creative production experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with artwork revisions, dielines, proofing, final art files, and production-ready files
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software is a plus
