Westgate Chapel is seeking a full-time Groups/Discipleship Pastor to lead and develop the adult discipleship ministries of our growing church. This key leadership role will provide vision, oversight, and support for Life Groups, Sunday morning communities, mid‑week and Sunday classes/Bible studies, and both men’s and women’s ministries.

We are looking for a proven leader and team builder—someone who thrives in developing others, growing ministries, and creating a culture of discipleship through the empowerment of lay leaders and teams. This pastor will report directly to the Executive Pastor of Ministries, serve on the Management Team, and lead the Groups Ministry Council. Depending on gifting, there may also be opportunities to contribute to the preaching team.

Located in Sylvania Township (Toledo, OH), Westgate is experiencing a season of significant growth—50% over the last three years, with current average Sunday attendance at 1,000. This growth has led to the need for this new Groups/Discipleship Pastor position to further support the numerical and spiritual growth of our congregation. Our staff is a healthy, unified team that loves doing life and ministry together.
