Position Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Travel – Full-time
We are hiring an LPN to support long‑term care facilities throughout Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin and Kentucky. The role involves patient assessment, medication administration, laboratory support, patient education and safety monitoring in a collaborative environment with Registered Nurses and other staff.
What You Will Be Doing- Contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses.
- Administer medications and observe patients to make sure they don’t have adverse reactions to those medications.
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services.
- Educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans, including self‑care post discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow‑up care.
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe; take corrective action as appropriate.
- Regional Travel – up to two (2) hours from home address where a license or certification is applicable.
- Full Travel – across the company’s footprint (IN, OH, MI, WI, KY) where a license or certification is applicable.
- Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays.
- Mileage and meal reimbursement provided (if applicable).
- Lodging accommodations provided by the company (if applicable).

Qualifications- Active and in good‑standing LPN license.
- At least one year’s experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work every other weekend and holiday as required.
