Advanced Practice Provider- General Surgery

Pro Medica Physicians Group (PPG) We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across general surgical services. Working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will play a critical role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to evidence‑based practice.

• Primary Location
  - Flower hospital with satelite clinic at Bay Park hospital
• Currently one physician and three staff members
• Call required one weekend/month

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
• Masters degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Certificate of Authority to practice.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
