Registered Nurse Weekend Warrior – $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Location: Toledo, OH

We will rely on you to assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures and medications; and address various patient needs, including IVs, PICC lines, lab draws, wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley caths and medication administration.

As a member of our home health RN team, you will build satisfying one‑on‑one, long‑term relationships and witness positive outcomes as patients regain health and increase independence.

• One year of acute care experience.
• Current RN state licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to travel for in‑home patient visits.
• Exceptional time‑management skills.

• Home healthcare/case management experience preferred.
• 12‑hour shifts running from 8 am‑8 pm.
