Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse

Location: Toledo, OH

We’re the place for On-Call RNs who are ready to roll. As a Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse at Ohioans Home Health
, you will provide exceptional home nursing care after hours, evenings and weekends, as needed within the Toledo area. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who prefers working nights and is passionate about providing end of life care. You will assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and families on comfort care processes, procedures and medications; and address various patient needs.

• This is a panama schedule with rotating weekends. Hours for the position run from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• One year of comfort care experience
• Current RN state licensure
• CPR certification
• Ability to travel for in-home patient visits
• Exceptional time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Hospice/case management experience preferred
