The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in Ohio with the ability to obtain Michigan licensure and has at least 2 years of medical-surgical experience, with hospice/homecare exposure preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management are essential, along with CPR certification and valid driver's license.
