Base pay range: $12.00 / hr – $19.00 / hr (depending on skills and experience)

• Clean customers’ homes to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our proven cleaning process to delight every customer.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• If acting as a team lead, drive the company vehicle, manage the team’s schedule, and ensure the vehicle is loaded with supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Weekly pay with the ability to control income.
