Role Summary
Come join the fun and experience working for our local minor league teams!
The Toledo Mud Hens are looking for candidates to join our Grounds Crew! This is a hands-on role that puts you front and center on game days! This job consists of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Responsibilities

• Repair divots/remove clay chunks from turf.
• Assist in chalking foul lines.
• Clean up and prep mounds for game and sweep off Homeplate mats.
• Assist with watering.
• Keep field free of trash.
• Clean and wash equipment.
• Keep tools organized and clean.
• Ensure gates are closed and nets are tightened.
• Pull tarps on rainy days to protect the field.
• Clean up after postgame activities (ex. fireworks, etc.)
• Other duties are assigned.

Qualifications/Skills

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Energetic and positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain professionalism.
