Join Ohio Real Title as an Escrow Coordinator

The Escrow Coordinator position focuses on closing a mix of residential, commercial, and refinance transactions, requiring diligence, precision, and a customer orientation. Our Escrow Coordinators work alongside our Escrow Officers in strong teams with extra support at every level.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Preferences:
  • Ohio Notary commission
  • Experience in the title or escrow industry
Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
  • Review commitments and purchase agreements
  • Review legal documents and interpret trusts, powers of attorney, and estate dockets
  • Gather all documents required to prepare settlement statements
  • Comply with and enforce adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Explain provisions and procedures with clients
  • Collaborate closely with Escrow Officers to provide the best customer service
