• Control profitability: cash control/security, property inventory, labor, financial reporting
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, assistant GMs
• Coaching and training employees in operational excellence
• Complete inventory counts every other week
• Ensure clean restaurant and exceptional guest experience

• Minimum 1 year as General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility preferably in QSR
• At least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects; stand, walk constantly; maneuver through compact spaces and operate equipment

Compensation commensurate with skill and experience. Expected starting ranges:

• Maryland: $53k–$58k
• New York: $55k–$60k
• New York City: $65k–$70k
• Cincinnati, OH: $54k–$58k
