The Toledo Zoo is seeking a full-time Food Service Manager of Concessions to lead operations in a high-volume environment and support the institution's mission:
Enjoy. Inspire. Educate. Act!
The role includes planning, supervision of food service areas, inventory control, budgeting, and enforcing safety and cash-handling standards. Reports to the Assistant Director of Front-of-House Operations and requires working overtime beyond forty hours per week.
