AVI Food systems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Concession Lead at Toledo Mud Hens in Toledo, OH. These are On-Call positions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure concession stands are prepared and fully stocked prior to service
• Requisition additional product as needed throughout the event
• Validate beginning and ending inventory counts
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items in correct proportions; follow established procedures, standards and recipes
• Participate in set up of stand and food to be served at concession stand
• Perform clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area
• Follow proper guest service procedures whenever interacting with others by smiling, making eye contact and greeting guests
