Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Freight Brokerage Sales Representative to join our growing team in Toledo, OH
. This is an onsite role ideal for a driven logistics professional with a strong sales track record and at least 2 years of 3PL or freight brokerage experience
.

You’ll be responsible for generating and maintaining your own book of business, supported by robust internal teams for operations, tracking, billing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, onboard, and grow new shipping customers in truckload, LTL, or intermodal
  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients and ensure high service levels
  • Collaborate with carrier sales and support teams to execute freight movements
  • Use internal tools and CRM systems to manage pipeline, pricing, and quoting
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and margin goals
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a freight brokerage or 3PL sales role
  • Proven ability to generate and retain business in a competitive environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
  • Knowledge of TMS platforms, CRM tools, and freight market dynamics
Preferred Location

Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Toledo, OH area for this onsite role.
