• Grow a portfolio of new clients.
• Deliver exceptional solutions to clients and grow share of wallet.
• Show a good understanding of the northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan business landscape.
• Demonstrate commercial and financial acumen.
• Access a strong network of contacts at senior levels (CEO and MD).
• Demonstrate previous sales results selling premium products and services.
• Provide evidence of achievements in new business acquisition.

• The role is 100% commission-based after training. Licensing in real estate is required. Training is provided. Work is primarily from our office in Toledo, Ohio.

• Experience in sales with a track record of new business acquisition (premium products/services preferred).
• Ability to demonstrate commercial and financial acumen.
