Value Account Manager (VAM) – Toledo, OH

Locations: Toledo, OH

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000, Salaried, depending on experience

The Value Account Manager (VAM) is responsible for managing the sales growth in their assigned portfolio of accounts. Through proficient customer relationship skills and fact-based selling, the VAM goals are to meet or exceed annual business objectives and support the long-term growth of Coca‑Cola Consolidated Inc. across the Value channel.

• Generates sales growth in the assigned account base through the execution of commercial strategies.
• Builds and maintains profitable customer relationships.
• Processes sales and orders for customers within the Value channel.
• Offers incremental packages, displays, and equipment.
• Ensures commercial plan elements are in outlets for the full duration of the program.
• Verifies pricing and plan‑ograms are correct for all accounts.
• Assists with cross‑merchandising point‑of‑sale elements.
• Collaborates effectively with field sales, distribution, and small‑store merchandising roles.

• 1+ years of previous sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the food or beverage industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Comfortable with mobile applications.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by the company.
• Personal vehicle available for use during employee working hours.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.

• In‑store customer outlets daily.
• Work environment will vary.
