Ace Appliance Sales & Service is seeking a high-performing Appliance Sales Consultant to join our growing showroom team. This is a sales-first position for someone who thrives on helping customers, closing deals, and growing revenue—while also being comfortable in a hands-on retail environment.
Ace Appliance serves over 20,000 customers per year, and as our sales department grows, so will your opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who wants a long-term career in sales with stability, strong earning potential, and room for advancement.
What You’ll Do Primary Focus (Sales – ~80–90%)- Assist customers in selecting major appliances that fit their needs and budgets
- Build trust through product knowledge, recommendations, and excellent customer service
- Close sales and earn commissions on appliances and protection plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Move and stage appliances within the showroom
- Assist with receiving appliance deliveries as needed
- Occasionally support delivery and installation teams during staffing shortages or peak times
- Note:
This is not a delivery-driver role, but candidates must be physically capable of safely moving large appliances when required.
- Tuesday–Friday: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (30-minute lunch)
- Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- One Saturday off per month (12 Saturdays off per year)
- Closed Sundays
- Base Salary: $800 per week
- Monthly Commission:
Typically $1,000–$1,600 - Average Weekly Earnings: $1,000–$1,200
- Total Weekly Value with Benefits:
