We’re looking for a hands‑on, motivated entry‑level Program District Sales Representative to support and grow our presence in the Cleveland market.
This role is ideal for someone beginning their career in food service sales who wants to learn the business from the ground up while working directly with customers, operations, and service teams. Candidates must live within the Dayton or Cincinnati metropolitan area. Prior food service experience is a plus but not required.
Your Responsibilities Will Include- Manage and grow sales within an assigned district territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, distributors, and food service operators
- Support existing accounts while expanding product usage and penetration
- Assist with small, on‑time deliveries as needed to support operational excellence
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and service needs
- Conduct product discussions, basic tastings, and on‑site customer visits
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends and communicate insights to Sales Management
- Handle account management support tasks including pricing coordination and customer communication
- Work closely with customer service, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure consistent execution
- Maintain and continue to develop strong product and industry knowledge
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply, food service, hospitality, or sales experience a plus
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and grow in a competitive, fast‑paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (frequent local travel required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
