As a Security Officer – Retail Patrol Associate in Toledo, OH, you will protect clients across a range of industries such as retail and malls. The position is part‑time and offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for additional shifts through our Claim A Shift platform.

Part Time – $16.50 / hour

• Saturday: 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service and carry out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, supporting a positive environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security concerns to appropriate personnel and/or management.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors with directions or information as requested, maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when required, following established protocols.

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
