Continental Secret Service Bureau is a family owned business, and current owners are 3rd generation. Continental is a full-service contract security company and has been in business since 1919, protecting our client's businesses and property. Continental's corporate offices are located in Toledo, OH. Continental also operates in all of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and West Virginia.
Dispatchers/Security Officers will report to the Scheduling Manager and will take daily direction on those tasks directed to them.
This would include:
- Will log all check-ins, hourly checks for accountability and safety of the Officers at the sites.
- Cold starts checklist will be utilized as they check in.
- Will log all daily activities pertinent to the events of the shift utilizing the Trak Tik Software program.
- Will ensure that all sites are covered and will make scheduling arrangements necessary to fill shifts, making sure that each officer is assigned based on their experience for each site.
- It is a must that all Dispatchers/Security Officers work closely with the Scheduling Manager & Operations Coordinator on all scheduling issues.
- Must have great phone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Will assist the Scheduling Manager as needed, filling open shifts, passing on information, answering Officers calls, monitoring CCTV.
- This is a uniformed position that must be professional at all times, setting the example for our other Officers and interacting with Client's on a daily basis.
- You will safeguard all Company, Client, and Staff information.
- REQUIEMENTS:
- Must have a Driver's License with a clean driving background.
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Background & Drug Test
- Must have at least 1 year of Security experience
- Must have good Customer Service experience
- Must have a H.S Diploma or GED
- Previous Dispatching Experience
- ALL 3 shifts are available
High School or GED
Certification Requirements (All)DRIVERS LICENSE
