As a Foreman, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth project execution—overseeing everything from materials management to on‑site coordination, all while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers. • Earn over $52,000 annually—base salary starting at $52,000, plus bonuses

• Lead and supervise the on‑site installation process—ensuring quality work and safety standards are met
• Basic understanding of plumbing and electricity for sump pump installation
• Protect and enhance customer experience throughout the installation process
• Efficiently complete service work to meet customer needs and expectations
• Manage tools, materials, and crew members on every job
• Conflict resolution—ability to address concerns that arise during the installation process, fueled by misunderstandings of the contract and sales presentation

• Basic understanding of plumbing and electricity for sump pump installation
• Leadership, organization, and conflict resolution
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required
• Experience driving a dump truck and DOT compliance
• Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software is helpful
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs multiple times a day
