Job DescriptionAs a Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on stationary and mobile equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, responding to emergency breakdowns, equipment installation, and facility repairs.

Responsibilities- Innovative Problem-Solving:
Interpret schematics, hydraulics, pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical blueprints to develop solutions. - Advanced
Skills:
Welding and fabricating using cutting‑edge technology to optimize maintenance processes. - Efficient Operations:
Operate maintenance vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently during night shift. - Electrical Expertise:
Perform three-phase and single-phase electrical repairs; advanced troubleshooting and arc welding (stick & MIG). - Independent Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues independently. - Technological Proficiency:
Application of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to improve equipment performance.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred. - Experience:
Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance with a record of innovative solutions. - Commitment to Excellence:
Safety and quality focus in all maintenance tasks. - Communication
Skills:
Strong communication; works independently and in teams. - Valid Driver's License.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Working in various weather conditions and environments.
- Standing, bending, and crouching for extended periods.
- Prior industrial multi‑craft maintenance experience.
Night Shift: Monday‑Friday 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM; weekends as needed.
