Help customers across Toledo keep their buildings comfortable, safe, and efficient.

Work on a wide range of commercial HVACR applications: air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity management, and energy/controls.
Blend commissioning/start-up with diagnostics and repair—own the full lifecycle of system performance.

What you’ll do Commission and start up rooftop packaged units and water-source heat pumps.
Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize commercial HVAC systems to deliver reliable comfort and efficiency.
Document work thoroughly; keep customers informed; collaborate with teammates and mentor when needed.
What you’ll bring5+ years of field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning.
Technical knowledge of commercial air-conditioning/heating, water-source heat pumps, and rooftop packaged HVAC systems.
Proven start-up/commissioning capability.
Experience mentoring others on-site.
EPA Universal certification.
Your own hand tools and a clean driving record.
OSHA 10-hour certification; OSHA 30 preferred.
Master HVAC-R credential is a plus.
Preferred manufacturer certifications:
Aaon, Smart Chiller, Samsung, Clima Cool, Climate Master.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Self-directed, organized, and an effective communicator.
