Towne Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Liberty Flats in Liberty Township, OH. You’ll perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and groundskeeping tasks, handle turnovers, and address emergencies on-call.
A hands-on problem-solver with 1+ year of multi-family residential maintenance experience will fit well. This full-time role includes on-site work with a schedule Monday through Friday and on-call hours.
