Base pay range: $10.70/hr - $16.70/hr

Compensation Pay Range: $10.70 - $16.70. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums which may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

To coordinate and oversee city route schedule, functions, and delivery specialists from hub store to spoke stores. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

• Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
• Receive orders from stores via phone or invoice and ensure parts are pulled and ready for delivery by scheduled time.
• Ensure accuracy of each order pulled prior to pickup for delivery.
• Maintain organized, clean city delivery area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store.
• Ensure hub delivery specialists are running on schedule and communicate any delays to stores remaining on route.
• Continuously monitor hub system and routes to increase efficiency, productivity, and reduce expenses; communicate recommendations to store manager.
• Ensure all team members assigned to hub are clocking in and out according to company policy.
• Research any parts not delivered as scheduled and make necessary billing adjustments.
• Work with store manager to ensure route is covered in the absence of regular city delivery specialist.
• Work with store manager and delivery specialist to ensure vehicles are well maintained, inspections are completed thoroughly and accurately, and daily mileage is logged into asset management for all vehicles.
• Provide input to store manager regarding delivery specialists’ performance in preparation for performance evaluations.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.

• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
