Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for regional routes throughout the Northeast and Midwest. This position offers consistent weekend home time, late‑model equipment, and a pay structure built for professional drivers who value stability.

Weekly pay between $1,400 and $1,500, deposited every Friday. CDL-A drivers maintaining professional standards earn a $1,200 minimum weekly guarantee. Additional compensation for detention, layover, and breakdown situations. Transition pay provided during your first few weeks. Performance bonuses for clean inspections.

Guaranteed weekend home time with a full 48-hour reset. Work Monday through Friday, off Saturday and Sunday. No last-minute schedule changes.

Every CDL-A driver is assigned a  Freightliner Cascadia with double bunks, Sirius

XM radio, 24-inch HD television, full-size refrigerator, and battery-powered APU. Each truck includes a 1,500-watt inverter for personal electronics. No slip seating means the truck is yours.

Regional territory with routes averaging 250 miles per run. Approximately 50% drop and hook operations to minimize delays. All non-touch freight.

Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance and Delta Dental coverage. 401(k) with company matching after 60 days. Paid vacation and holiday time once established. Rider program for passengers 13 and older at minimal cost. Dogs of any breed or size welcome at no charge.

Dispatch is run by people who understand trucking. They communicate clearly, respect your time, and handle issues professionally.

Two and a half days at our Pennsylvania training facility. Hotel, meals, and travel expenses covered, plus $250 upon completion. Training focuses on operational procedures, safety protocols, and system familiarization so you can start earning immediately.

Valid Class A commercial license and at least one year of verifiable over-the-road experience required. We're looking for professional CDL-A drivers who take the work seriously and want to be part of a company that operates with integrity.
