To provide courier service to the Bank’s client base. This includes, but is not limited to, picking up deposits, delivering petty cash, and transferring of documents. Completing these tasks, while providing Gold Standard service, is essential.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

This position operates mostly out of the driver’s personal vehicle and involves driving to several of the Bank’s client’s business establishments (including both of the Bank’s locations) as established by the driver’s route.

Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds, pushing or pulling when needed, climbing stairs when necessary, working up to 8 hours per day, and getting in and out of a car easily, multiple times a day. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position is classified as non-exempt by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). A driving route will be established by the Courier Manager (lengths of routes may vary). Additionally, this position is expected to work 5 (five) holidays for which the rest of the bank is closed. These include Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President’s Day, Juneteenth, Columbus Day, and Veterans Day.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Pre-employment screening required including employment reference, criminal background check, credit check and possibly skills testing. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required. Must be eligible to be bonded and covered under the Bank’s Property and Liability Insurance policy. This position is regularly exposed to sensitive information, trade secrets or proprietary information and the incumbent is required to keep any such information strictly confidential.
