Warehouse Fulfillment​/Shipping Associate

Metzgers is looking for a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role will include the assembly, packing, preparation of orders for shipment, and correctly ship packages using multiple shipping platforms. Here's what you'll get to do:

• Follow Metzgers safety policies and procedures and encourage other Team Members to do the same.
• The ability to use multiple systems to ship products.
• Work cooperatively and productively with other Team Members in order to complete tasks under little supervision.
• Consult order forms daily to pick appropriate product for each order in a timely and accurate manner.
• Pack orders properly for shipment and manage daily flow of finished products.
• Provide high level of customer service when interacting with internal and external customers.
• Confirm availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
• Manually handle, repack, and restack pallets of finished product as needed.
• Operate forklift as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years' of experience in warehouse setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, pull, push up to 50 lbs. frequently, up to 70 lbs occasionally.
