Metzgers is looking for a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role will include the assembly, packing, preparation of orders for shipment, and correctly shipping packages using multiple shipping platforms.

• Follow Metzgers safety policies and procedures and encourage other Team Members to do the same.
• Use multiple systems to ship products.
• Work cooperatively and productively with other Team Members to complete tasks with little supervision.
• Consult order forms daily to pick the appropriate product for each order in a timely and accurate manner.
• Pack orders properly for shipment and manage the daily flow of finished products.
• Provide a high level of customer service when interacting with internal and external customers.
• Confirm availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
• Manually handle, re‑pack, and restack pallets of finished product as needed.
• Operate a forklift as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
