* Position Overview:

* We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Optometrist who has a passion for patient care and a desire to practice full-scope optometry in a collaborative setting. In addition to strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Key Responsibilities:

* * Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages

* Diagnose and treat visual system conditions, diseases, and disorders

* Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries

* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

* Participate in continuing education and professional development

* Qualifications:

* * Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree

* * Licensed in Connecticut to practice optometry
* * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy

* Ability to perform eye exams and diagnose ocular diseases

* Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
