Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on outstanding receivables using aging reports and internal tracking tools to ensure timely payment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting revenue objectives and minimizing credit risk.
• Support daily credit and collections activities, including customer inquiries, invoice and statement requests, account setup, and documentation maintenance.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and disputes, escalating high-risk accounts and recommending next steps as needed.
• Partner with internal teams and leadership to review open receivables, address delinquent accounts, and continuously improve processes.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
• Experience managing a high volume portfolio (600-1400 accounts)
