Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:Sunday – Friday | 10:00am – 3pm

These are the qualifications that matter.
- Some sorting experience is a plus
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and lower throughout the entire work shift
- Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs consistently
- Great team-oriented attitude
- Dependable and flexible
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate driver dispatch and logistics, including preparing postal paperwork and bills of lading
- Monitor and track mail deliveries, customer pickups, and vendor status updates
- Maintain accurate records within billing/finance systems and filing processes
- Communicate professionally with drivers, vendors, and internal teams via phone and email
