Apex Windows and Bath Accessories, ACC – Call Center Representative

Join Apex Windows and Bath Accessories, ACC as a Call Center Representative. We’re looking for a high‑energy team player to handle high volume inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service.

Base pay range: $16.00 /hr – $18.00 /hr (pay based on skills and experience). Pay is weekly. Work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm full time.

• Handle high volume calls (incoming & outgoing).
• Schedule appointments and manage call flow.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Follow company procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and systems.
• Patient and team oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Construction experience and ability to read plans is a plus.
