Overview
Corporate Service Support Representative position at Inland Kenworth U.S. is located in Tolleson, AZ. The Corporate Service Support Representative provides internal and external customer support for Inland’s largest equipment and truck customers. This role provides branch locations with process support and development, a path for escalation to resolve customer issues, and offers internal and external systems expertise and organization of repairs related to recalls and campaigns for our OEMs.

Responsibilities- Act as key point of contact to advise and support Service Managers and branch personnel in meeting Inland and OEM requirements and processes. Monitor email, fleet triage requests, and ensure requests are followed through to conclusion. Work in partnership with truck and equipment fleets to ensure timely service communications, unit tracking, shop requests and daily updates for downed units.
- Own the responsibility for truck and equipment Telematics program, review vendor telematics daily, ensure Inland provides best in class service by contacting the customer with service options. Inform the local branch to contact the customer, and track Inland’s follow up.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries while working with local branches to coordinate repairs.
- Act as a key point of contact with truck and equipment OEM suppliers to receive priority communications and updates. Interpret, assess, and develop action plans, organize and roll out vendor campaigns and communicate requirements across Inland’s Service organization, especially at the branch level. This includes supplier diagnostic, campaign, recall and repair requirements. Evaluate, track and provide feedback on completion rates, issues and concerns to OEMs with solution recommendations.
- Work in partnership with the OEMs, Fleet Support, Warranty, Technical Support and Operations Teams on projects that support product and service improvement or enhancement. This includes disseminating data supplied by both Inland and the OEMs, identifying issues or opportunities and designing potential processes or solutions for review. Be a primary support contact for our branches to assist with changes.
- Train and act as a super user and key point of contact for system administration and support for Service business system tools including Decisiv, CDK, new ERP, Truck Tech Plus , and OEM portal access.
- Utilize systems and process expertise to provide support to branches for systems administration and user access. Provide service operations with hands-on support, information, tools, bulletins, updates, training and organizational support for the successful delivery of the Inland Way process.
- Participate in branch reviews and audits of the Inland Way Truck and Equipment Processes.
- College degree or diploma or trade certification preferred
- Three years’ related experience in automotive, truck or equipment repair services, especially experience as a service advisor
- Customer service experience and experience using techniques to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of customer concerns
- Strong computer skills, with intermediate level Excel
- Ability to proactively solve problems and think logically
- Good verbal and strong written communication skills
