Key Responsibilities- Ensure all products meet required quality standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct inspections and audits throughout the production process to detect defects or deviations.
- Enforce adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quality and environmental standards.
- Implement and monitor corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
- Lead, mentor, and train quality technicians and inspectors.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to quality metrics and compliance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve raw material quality issues.
- Address customer concerns regarding product quality and drive resolution.
- Participate in customer and third‑party audits as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred) OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment (solar or electronics preferred).
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.

The range for this position is $29.00 hourly rate - $31.00 hourly rate. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
