The Lease Account Manager secures long‑term full‑service leases, cultivates contractual maintenance business, develops and maintains excellent customer relations, and manages accounts to deliver the highest level of customer service.

• Minimum of 3 years of full‑service truck rental and leasing experience.
• Achieve all aspects of annual quota.
• Basic understanding of business finance.
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
• Exceptional customer service and closing technique skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer knowledge.

• Meet sales quota, selling multiple product lines including full‑service leasing and complete compliance maintenance packages.
• Work directly with all facets of the organization in a team environment.
• Create opportunities to build and grow business.
• Use CRM tool to manage prospects, customers, forecasts, and daily operations.
• Be accountable to the team, collaborate on internal and external solutions, and make decisions daily.
• Meet with Velocity customers daily to ensure satisfaction.
• Work with internal teams to solve critical customer issues quickly.
• Devise solutions to create a positive, long‑lasting customer experience.
• Construct vehicle specifications that best suit clients.
• Build strong relationships, replacing or adding vehicles as needed.

• $60,000 – $75,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
• Plus commission.
• Full‑time position.
