What You’ll Do:
The Lease Account Manager is responsible for securing long-term full-service leases, cultivates contractual maintenance business, develops, and maintains excellent customer relations and manages the accounts to the highest level of customer service to exceed all customer expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of Full-Service Truck Rental and Leasing experience required.
- Achieves all aspects of annual quota.
- Basic understanding of business finance
- Must be comfortable with cold calling and prospecting plans.
- Must possess exceptional customer service and closing technique skills.
- Computer knowledge
- Responsible for a sales quota, selling multiple product lines including Full-Service Leasing and Complete Compliance Maintenance Packages
- Work directly with all facets of the organization in a team environment to best serve the customer base.
- Create opportunities to build and grow books of business.
- Utilize CRM tool to stay organized with prospects, customers, forecasts, and day-to-day operations.
- Be accountable to the team, collaborate on internal and external solutions and be empowered to make decisions daily.
- Meet with Velocity customers daily to ensure their satisfaction of all Velocity’s Products and Services
- Working with internal teams to solve critical customer issues quickly.
- Devising solutions to accommodate a complete, positive, and long-lasting Customer Experience
- Creating vehicle specifications that best suit the client.
- Building strong relationships with the clients replacing or adding vehicles as the need arises
Compensation:
- $60,000-$75,000/year depending on experience and qualifications
- Full Time position
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and background check
