As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Tolleson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. By conducting routine patrols and remaining visible, you will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and employees at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
