As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Tolleson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. By conducting routine patrols and remaining visible, you will help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential issues within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and employees at the location.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Valid guard card or license preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• License requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
