Receiving Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse workflow, and team performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on warehouse experience, and a proven ability to maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring daily operational goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely put-away of containers to maintain workflow and operational schedules.
• Oversee cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, including incorrect counts, damaged products, and labeling issues.
• Monitor inventory organization and ensure warehouse procedures are followed.
• Communicate staffing concerns, workload challenges, and operational issues to management.
• Hold team members accountable for performance and address concerns professionally.
• Resolve workplace conflicts effectively and lead by example.
• Provide hands-on support during high-volume periods to maintain productivity and meet operational goals.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a supervisory role.
• Proven experience with cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and discrepancy resolution.
• Hands-on experience operating a cherry picker; assessment required.
• Ability to coordinate workflow, manage inventory organization, and prioritize daily tasks.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach employees, address performance issues, and maintain accountability.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
