Job Summary:
As an Experienced Chevrolet Warranty Administrator at Parkway Chevrolet in Tomball, TX, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims for Chevrolet vehicles. This role requires attention to detail and a deep understanding of warranty policies and procedures.
About Us:
Parkway is locally owned and operated. We have been in the Houston area for more than 40 years. We have three locations:
Parkway Chevrolet, Parkway Family Kia, and Parkway Family Mazda. We operate elite, state-of-the-art service departments.
- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with factory regarding warranty issues
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and approvals
- Maintains and files repair orders; lists missing documents
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate claim submissions
- Stay up-to-date on Chevrolet warranty policies and procedures
- Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the fixed operations manager or the controller
- Provides clerical assistance to parts and service departments
- 2 years of vehicle warranty administration required, preferably in a Chevrolet dealership
- Valid Driver's License required
- High School Diploma or GED minimum required education
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems
